Offshore is better for Tai Jig?

Hello, everyone!

Greeting from Susaki, Kochi in Japan.

How have you been?

Hope you are doing great for fishing.

As I reported last time, we went to boat fishing and the result was quite miserable.

タイラバThis is the result gained by experienced anglers who fished from 5:30 to 13:30.

Sigh....

After weekend, we were talking about the season of the Tai jig fishing.

"Maybe, summer isn't good for Tai jig, is it? " said I, and checked the website of Yoshino Marina Resort without any intention and found these photos!

タイラバWhat !!? 3 big Red snapper! The biggest one is about 50cm!!

This is not all.

タイラバ

Marbled Rockfish, Six banded Grouper and mackerel!

We were completely defeated.....

By reading the footage of this result, Yoshino marina resort went out offshore. I guess that is somewhere 80~100m deep.

If you would like to use service, please contact Yoshino Marina Resort. (Only in Japanese)

Location of port is here.

We, Susaki Tourism Fishing Center, provide lure fishing service as well.

Fishing style is called "Tairaba" which is effective for Red Snappers and other kinds of snappers.

Detail is here.

As well as lure fishing service, we also provide the service that carries anglers to offshore inlets for Smallscale Blackfish and Striped Beakfish.

It is highly recommend to aim those fishes here in Susaki . Detail is here.

We will see you at next information update and hopefully at Susaki for fishing in future!

Fish on!!
