Hope everyone is fine from the heat if you are at Northern hemisphere, and cold if you are at Southern hemisphere.
Today, we would like to announce that Yoshino Marina Resort, a manrine leisure company, started Tuna & Bonito Fishing Tour !
It is very hard to find the groups of tuna in vast Tosa Ocean and possibility to encounter them is only 5% (Bonito is 15%) !!!
It is almost gamble but if you could win this, you will get something like this below.

And, June 20th this year, captain took his customers to catch this.
What happened was...
Bonito !! Bonito is considered as a special local cuisine here in Kochi Prefecture.
This is about 5 or 6kg bonito.
This size of bonito kept chasing lures with something not welcomed.....Giant sharks
Technically, sharks were not chasing lures but bonitos hooked.
If you have ever caught bonito, you might know that bonito's mouth is weak. So, if you fight roughly, lure got off from its mouth.
So, anglers had to fight relatively gently but if they took too much time, sharks attacked bonitos and anglers lost bonito with the expensive lures.
After all, they all enjoyed a lot with these bonito.
There are two Bonito seasons in Japan and now it is just in first season.
There was a big dolphin fish like this caught with bonito.
Today was unfortunately no Yellowfin Tuna but anglers surely had a blast.
・Price is set as a chartered boat and varies from 60000JPY ~ 70000JPY
4 people 15000 JPY x 4
3 people 20000 JPY x 3
2 people 30000 JPY x 2
Max of anglers is 4 people due to the size of boat.
If anglers want, we can do deep water jigging on the way back.
