Few days ago, I went fishing to spend a wonderful day. The place I went was the amberjack farm.
When fishermen feed amberjack, there are other kinds of fish coming to eat amberjack food. I went there to catch those fishes. It seems very promising. At least, I thought so.
Though two other companies caught 15 seabreams, 40~65cm, surprisingly, I caught nothing!!! lol
I have never thought how suck I am for fishing. So, I failed to spend a wonderful day that time.
However, some other people always have a successfully wonderful day.
Red-marbled rockfish more than 2kg (4.4lb) and Yellowback Seabream!
This is the result of April 7th, from Captain Okkamu.
He found either way or tecnique to catch 2kg rockfish constantly recently.
Rockfish meat texture is really unique and I personally consider that rockfish meat texture is the best texture among all kinds of fish meat textures such as Kingfish, Tuna, Sardines, etc.
