The reason why is that the condition of the ocean is really rough. Winds blew like typhoon and waves are high like Tsunami. So, it was not even safe enough for fishing at that time.
So, it's miracle that anglers caught at least fish and came back to port safely.
We anglers always wish the best catch at all time but sometimes we forget where we fish.
Mother nature sometimes smiles at us but often behaves harsh.
