How have you been this summer?
Not only Japan, but also there were severe heated areas in many places in the world this year.
Fortunately, here in Susaki, Japan passed the severest time of the summer already and we are on the way that the weather gets better and better.
Hopefully everyone else who had severe heat in different regions is ok too.
Well, as an angler, it is well-known that fall is best season for fishing.
Few days ago, we just have received great information with pictures sent from Captain Okkamu, and that made us think that the best season for fishing is coming soon to Susaki.
40cm Giant Horse Mackerel, Mackerel , Rockfish, etc
On current day, there were some high waves left due to the typhoon but anglers got about 25 fish each.
One, 40cm giant horse mackerel is worth about 10 USD in super market. There is no anglers complaining about catching such big horse mackerel!
Captain Okkamu also went fishing again 2 days after and that time was even more than big horse mackerel.
Lots of Yellowfin Tuna !!
Captain fished in the area around 250m deep with drifting fishing technique.
As time goes by, we are getting into the fall, the best season for fishing, and more and more fish are expected to come to the sea of Susaki!
